Meet Our Therapist – Jagtar Singh Brar, PT, KIN

Jag is the driving force behind Healing Hands AB. His journey began in kinesiology, where he developed a strong foundation in exercise science and functional rehabilitation. That passion for helping people move better led him to pursue and complete his training in physiotherapy, where he now brings together both fields to deliver holistic, active, and outcome-driven care. With experience in treating clients across orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He works with everyone from athletes and workers to seniors managing chronic pain.
Jag is skilled in:
- Manual therapy and joint mobilizations
- Shockwave, ultrasound, and TENS/IFC therapy
- Exercise prescription and progressive rehabilitation programs
- K-Taping and bracing for pain management and support
Beyond the techniques, what makes his approach unique is his belief in patient empowerment.

Professional Memberships & Credentials:
- Licensed Physiotherapist – College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Member – Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA)
- Current with Alberta health and safety requirements, including ongoing professionaldevelopment
- Experience working in multidisciplinary settings, bringing a collaborative and patient-first approach.
