Meet Our Therapists:
Jagtar Singh Brar, PT, KIN (BPT)
Jag is the driving force behind Healing Hands AB. His journey began in kinesiology, where he developed a strong foundation in exercise science and functional rehabilitation. That passion for helping people move better led him to pursue and complete his training in physiotherapy, where he now brings together both fields to deliver holistic, active, and outcome-driven care. With experience in treating clients across orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He works with everyone from athletes and workers to seniors managing chronic pain.
- Licensed Physiotherapist – College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Member – Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA)
- Current with Alberta health and safety requirements, including ongoing professionaldevelopment
- Experience working in multidisciplinary settings, bringing a collaborative and patient-first approach.
- Special interest in Manual therapy and joint mobilizations, Shockwave, ultrasound therapy
- Exercise prescription and progressive rehabilitation programs, K-Taping, and bracing for pain management and support. Beyond the techniques, what makes his approach unique is his belief in patient empowerment.
Jagjeet Khosa, RN (MSN)
Jagjeet Khosa is a registered nurse and certified nurse injector with a passion for aesthetic medicine. With a strong clinical background and advanced training in cosmetic injectables, Jazz (RN) specializes in treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, focusing on subtle, balanced results.
Jagjeet's approach is centered on safety, precision, and personalized care. She believes that dermal treatments should enhance your natural features while maintaining your unique look. She takes the time to understand each client's goals and create customized treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
